Client Integration Specialists work closely with clients and internal teams and play a critical role in the success of the Professional Services team. The Client Integration Specialist will offer expertise regarding integration requirements and develop or configure sound technical solutions in a mission-critical production environment. Specialists must be able to drive projects to completion by anticipating the needs of clients ensuring the alignment of internal and external teams focused on the project.

What you’ll do   

  • Understand simple to complex business requirements and design a technical solution to meet those needs.  
  • Install, deploy or configure the suite of TS Imagine products. 
  • Facilitate technical discussions and workshops for product deployment, project integrations and technical solutions for the suite of TS Imagine products.  
  • Work with internal teams to finalize project timelines and milestones, document ongoing progress and highlight concerns in good time.  
  • Ensure proactive communication with clients and internal staff, managing enhancement requirements and escalations.  
  • Code technical solutions for integration and product extension and enhancements to follow established guidelines for deploying into a production environment. 
  • Ensure Sales, Account Management, and Support teams have the appropriate technical information to sell and support TS Imagine product solutions including details of customized workflows or bespoke solutions.  
  • Produce and manage client-facing and internal documentation.  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues escalated by the L1 Support team. 

   

You should have  

  • 2 years+ experience   
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) 
  • Positive attitude and a good work ethic   
  • Strong experience in a client facing role – Integration or Support 
  • Knowledge of financial markets, companies, and products (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Algorithmic Trading, Credit, FX, Volatility, etc.)   
  • DEC or Bachelor in Computer Science or computer engineering or matching technical skills  

   

Technical Skills:  

Good working knowledge of and experience with:  

  • Linux shell, Perl  
  • FIX, FIXML 
  • XML/ATDL  
  • Networking/Connectivity concepts 
  • FIX Simulator (i.e., Verifix) 

  

Additional Preferred Skills/Experience:  

  • Broker Algorithmic order flow 
  • Pentaho experience 
  • SQL 
  • Jira 
  • Confluence  

   

Other Considerations:  

  • Must be willing and able to be flexible with hours of coverage.
